General Introduction
Vibration chute is an improved mining machine based on normal fixed chute. It combines the advantages of both normal processing chute and jigger, while it overcomes the disadvantages of easy hardening and big loss.
While keeping the main characterics of fixed chute, the vibration chute update the iron bottom plate to rubber plate and add simple connecting rod to make up and down movement. Every riffle is similar to jigger diaphragm. Thus it solves the problem of hardening and increase the recovery rate. As it discharges concentrate discontinuously, the yield is smaller while the concentration ratio is dozens or hundred times higher than jigger.
